Top 3 eye-catching displays at the India Design 20 Top 3 eye-catching displays at the India Design 2023.

With every passing year India Design is getting better and better in terms of the designers participating and the products on display. When artists create their products they are like poetry- free-flowing, unrestricted, and almost romanticizing the idea they are based on. On the other hand, when architects make products it is a whole new level of craftsmanship. The outcome is often great aesthetics sieved through the functionality perspective that the architect has gained over the course of his practice. Three brands that caught our attention at the India design this year are a perfect marriage of fine crafts and practicality. 

The exhibition saw the launch of ‘Koko’ by K2 India. Sunita Kohli and Kohelika Kohli‘s design practice is a well-established design firm that has been in business since 2010. Their designs are known for authenticity and functionality. This also has been reflected in their recently launched furniture brand named KOKO. The designs are simple yet bold, easy on the eyes yet so functional that they would blend in beautifully in any designed space.

After West Elm, Tiffany and co, Reliance Business group has brought the upscale American interior products brand Pottery Barn to India. In the preview pop-up at the India Design 2023, the brand showcased some of its best-selling pieces. After looking at the collection one can safely say that the brand is ready to fill the gap between Ikea and Stanley. There is a huge potential between entry-level brands and high-end brands in the Indian market currently and the modern yet minimalistic aesthetic that the brand holds is sure to please the millennials.

It is well-established world over that no one does porcelain and metal pieces like Llardo. The brand had some drool-worthy pieces on display from the new collection in porcelain and metal both. The stall design also deserves special mention. It was an experience to just stand there and soak in the pop of colors from the backdrop as well.
